[stabs the quill deeply into one end of his emblem and drags it across in a swift motion- he takes a shuddering breath and coughs up something like blood, but it 'evaporates' quickly into pixel-y blocks before fading away]

[annnd then he goes limp. his body stays there but it gets a little. . . glitchy. bits of it sort of breaking off and floating away to disappear in blocky fragments. kinda like this but a lot less extensive]

[at least it's kind of fascinating to watch??]
