Memory: I hear a voice... a voice so gentle and friendly...

Summary:
This is the memory of Dr. Cossack first initiating Bass, so essentially his memory of being born. He inherently knows some things upon waking, such as the fact that he is a NetNavi, a computer program within the Internet. But Cossack explains who he is (An Auto-Navi, the first NetNavi capable of fully independent operation) and where he is (which would be the private experimental Internet of SciLab, a hi-tech government research facility). He explains as a proud father rather than as a scientist, exuding warmth and good humor. Bass likes him immediately.
He tells him his name as well, but that's blanked out in this memory.
